How do I update my information if I'm a EAT WELL, DO WELL Club member?
You may update your information by calling our Customer Service Department Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm EST at 866-561-0518. You may also update your information on our website. Go to the EAT WELL, DO WELL Club page and click on check balance. Then enter the EAT WELL, DO WELL Club card number on the back of your EAT WELL, DO WELL Card. This will give you your balance and will allow you to update your account.

How do the points work for the EAT WELL, DO WELL Club?
Every time you dine at Silver Diner and spend at least $5 make sure to get your EAT WELL, DO WELL Card swiped.

For every 5 visits you make within 2 calendar months you receive $5 off your visit. Any points that go past two months will expire.

Example: Your first point was received January 1st. Your second point was received February 1st and your third point was received February 14th. Your fourth point is received March 15th  and then your 5th Visit is April 15th, but your balance is 4 points  because any points earned in  January are older than two months so they have expired. You still have your February points until the end of April and your March points until the end of May. Once your points are redeemed for the $5 reward, the system starts over again.

How do I check my EAT WELL, DO WELL Card balance?
Go to the EAT WELL, DO WELL Club page on the website and click  Check Card Balance. Then enter the number that is on the back of your EAT WELL, DO WELL Card to obtain your current card balance.

I’m not receiving emails from Silver Diner but my friends or family are. Why is this?
You’re email system could be blocking incoming emails from Silver Diner. Make sure you add  silverDiner@microsicare.net  to your address book or safe sender list so that our emails are not blocked from your inbox. If you are still not receiving emails, please contact our customer service department to assist you.

I'm having a problem seeing the graphics in my email, what can I do?
Your email client most likely has a security setting enabled to turn off images in your messages. First verify the setting and then make sure you add silverDiner@microsicare.net to your address book or safe sender list.

How do I enroll my kid in Silver Diner Kids Club?
Parents may sign children 12 and younger up for Silver Diner Kids Club at any Silver Diner location or by calling customer service Monday – Friday  9am-5pm EST at 866-561-0518.

How do I set up a birthday party at Silver Diner?
Birthday parties can be reserved at any Silver Diner location.  Contact the manager on duty at your local Silver Diner to plan your celebration.

Can you accept Party Platter orders without 24 hours notice?
This depends on the size of the order and the time the order is placed. We will  do our best to  accommodate requests, however we can not guarantee party platter orders without 24 hours notice.

How do I check my gift card balance?
From the website go to the gift card page a click the button that says check balance. Enter the number that is on the back of your gift card to view the card balance.

Would you consider making a donation to our non-profit group?
Donation requests may be made at any Silver Diner location by sending a request on your school or non-profit group’s letterhead to the attention of the Operating Partner or General Manager of your local Silver Diner. You may also fax your request to (757) 569-9625 to the attention of the donation coordinator. Due to the high volume of requests, we can not fulfill every donation request.  If we are able to provide a donation we will contact you.
